License Keys
Each installation is bound to a license key with scope, plan, expiration, and device cap. Heartbeats every 15 minutes.
Revocation
Founders can revoke any key; affected installations transition to read-only at the next validation.
Scope
License rights are limited to the contracted institution and may not be transferred without written consent.
