Account data, institutional enrollment data, case content you upload, communications with verified attorneys, AI prompts and outputs, and operational logs needed to secure the platform.
How We Use Information
To operate the Service, deliver AI-assisted legal education and case management, protect users, comply with law, and improve product quality. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
Only with verified attorneys you grant access to, your institution's authorized staff under their policy engine, our processors under contract, and law enforcement when legally required.
Retention
We retain case data while your account is active and per institutional retention requirements; see Data Retention & Deletion Policy.
Your Rights
Access, correction, export, and deletion requests can be submitted via Support; some rights may be limited by court-records or institutional obligations.
International Transfers
Data is processed in the United States with safeguards consistent with applicable cross-border transfer frameworks.
