Acceptance
By creating an account or accessing Nyrava you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Eligibility & Accounts
You must be 18+ or an authorized institutional user. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials and must keep them confidential.
License
Nyrava grants a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Service for permitted educational, professional, and institutional use.
Prohibited Conduct
No unlawful use, no unauthorized data scraping, no attempts to bypass access controls, no harassment of other users, and no misuse of AI features to generate false legal advice.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, security incidents, or as required by law or institutional policy.
Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nyrava disclaims warranties and limits liability to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
