- No. Nyrava is a software platform that provides legal education and case-management tools. It does not provide legal advice or representation.
- Does using Nyrava create an attorney–client relationship?
- No. A relationship is only created with a licensed attorney through a written engagement.
- How is attorney–client privilege protected?
- Privileged matters are stored in tenant-isolated encrypted containers, excluded from administrative search, and accessible only to the client and granted attorneys.
- Where is data hosted?
- United States cloud regions with enterprise providers under signed Data Processing Agreements.
- Do you train foundation models on user data?
- No. Nyrava does not use customer content to train foundation models.
- How are AI outputs verified?
- AI-generated citations and drafts must be reviewed by a verified attorney or authorized staff member before any external transmission or court filing.
